About

Lisa A. Fulgenzi, MD is a primary care physician. She has been doing polymer clay art since 2007 when she was asked to make rosaries and rosary bracelets to sell at Catholic conferences and fairs as a way of fundraising for her eldest child's youth group. She continued making polymer clay bead rosaries as fundraisers for her parish and her children's schools and activities. Lisa joined the Metro Detroit Polymer Art Guild in 2022 and expanded her craft to include polymer clay veneer boxes and home decor. In November of 2022, Lisa's mother Santina M. Fulgenzi asked her daughter to "Make me a heart brooch," after which an explosion of creatitivity began. Lisa made the brooch and earrings to match. From her mother's inspiration, Lisa Fulgenzi Designs was born, June, 2023 and is dedicated to her mother.  Mom sadly passed away in January of 2023. Polymer clay as a medium is never ending in diversity and design, and this functional art is for everyone. Enjoy these unique collections!
