This design was created with the color substitution techinque using a five-pointed petal floral cutter.  Enjoy blocks of bright color over fine stripes in matching colors. Casual wear, great for spring and summer. Sanded to a fine matte finish. Stainless steel fishhooks and silver jump rings. Other items pictured sold separately.
